                                                                               Actually they need to be high priority for our healthy. This world be the factor which are able to make things right in our lives. As well as definitely you way feel that you are not OK with things. If you are sick or not well. Therefor it is critical for us to do our works.  However getting sick is natural factor but there is a required for us to keep our body with healthiness in terms of that there  are certain type of ways to deal with. There for I am going to let you know that methods
                     Control VITAMIN
In respect of keeping the body of healthy manner. Vitamin is a major factor for that. There is a certain vitamin level for human body. If it changes human body would affect to different kind of diseases
                                       There for I am going to talk about    the Vitamin A
Vitamin A is required to eyesight which means it generates eclipses tissues in human eyes as well as it provides the capability for eyesight in dark back-light and identifying colors. Vitamin A would be needed in order to keep safely the body contact surfaces, inside of the eyelid surfaces for the eyes, nose , ear, inside of mouth .inside lung and inside the digestion system .As well as keep the surface to the skin secure. Vitamin A would do a major part. It will be important to sex, done growth and teeth growth.  
                            Vitamin A abundant foods         
  - Egg yolk, butter, milk
   -Yellow color vegetables
    EX- carrot, choler pumpkin
   -fruits [mango, papaya]
   -Code liver oil, halibut oil  
                                      Daily require of vitamin A
 For children 300 micro gram 
For elders 750 micro gram 

Interns of elder full fill the daily requirement having 250 ml milk, 30g dark green vegetables, other vegetables 100g would be required to keep optimum levels.
